Puduraya Bus Terminal Closed
The Puduraya Bus Terminal has been closed for 4 months effective 12 April 2010 for upgrading and renovation works. All North and South bound travellers will have to take the buses from Bukit Jalil Complex Parking Lot F (near Bukit Jalil Hockey Stadium), a temporary site. For those who need to travel from Puduraya to Bukit Jalil, RapidKL is providing the service at RM2. Taxi services to Genting Highlands will continue to operate from Puduraya terminal. East bound travellers can board the buses at Hentian Putra. Further information can be obtained by calling +603 2078 6018 or +6 03 2078 7017.
World Gamelan Festival 2010
The Terengganu Government will be hosting the World Gamelan Festival at the Terengganu State Museum from July 23 to July 26, 2010. Groups from Japan, Europe, Indonesia and Malaysia will be here to showcase the traditional Indonesian ensembly typically including many tuned percussion instruments.
