2 Days 1 Night Pulau Tiga Survivor Island

 The Pulau Tiga Island or “ Survivor Island “ was the choosen location for the filming of the CDS reality based television series“ Survivor “. Located about 35 nautical Mile southwest of Kota Kinabalu. It can be reached by first driving 140 kms to Kuala Penyu, a small settlement on the tip of Kilas Peninsula. From here it is 18 kms or a 30 minutes boat ride to the island.
This tiny island, with the size 4.5 km long and 1.5 wide, for a total of 20.7 km was believed to have been formed by a volcanic eruption just north of Borneo over a hundred years ago. The eruption expelled muddy sediment that built up the island to its present height of approx. 100 m above sea level. Warm mud still continues to ooze from those geothermal vents on the island, and slowly form some sort of mud volcano pool.
 Day 01 Lunch,Dinner Assemble at PTR’s jetty in Kuala Penyu [located next to Shell station]for boat passenger manifest registration. At 1000hrs board PTR’s boat for about 30 minutes boat ride. Upon arrival, check-into respective room. Lunch. Jungle Trekking to the Mud Volcano site and later on free at your own leisure.

 Day 01 Arrive Kuching International Airport - Kuching City Tour
Meet and proceed for half day Kuching City Tour, visiting places of interest such as Colonial Court House, Astana (palace), Clock Tower, Charles Brooke Monument, Sarawak Museum, Cat Museum, City Mosque, Kuching Waterfront, Chinese Temple, City Tower and the finale being a photo taking session in front of the Giant Cat Monument. After tour, transfer to hotel for check in. Free at leisure.
Day 02 Cultural Village-Semenggoh Orang Utan Sanctuary (Breakfast, Lunch)
After hotel breakfast, visit the famous Sarawak Cultural Village to experience the diversity of the culture of the people of Sarawak thru the showcase of the traditional houses of the 7 major ethnic groups and also enjoy a spectacular 45 minutes cultural show at the village’s air-conditioned theatre. Lunch at the village’s restaurant or other local restaurant. After lunch, proceed to Semmenggoh Orang Utan Sanctuary, to see the wild men of Borneo, the Orang Utan. See their unique human like behaviour as they come out from the jungle for food during feeding time. Enroute back to hotel stop by at pottery factory for shopping.
Day 03 Depart for Home (Breakfast)
Breakfast at hotel. The day is on your own leisure until transfer to airport for your flight departure home.
